A polyethylene film containing a vapor-phase corrosion inhibitor that prevents rusting on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It releases vapor-phase corrosion‑inhibiting particles that adhere to and penetrate the surfaces and crevices of metal items, thereby protecting them from corrosion. Vapor-phase corrosion‑inhibiting films can be customized into various packaging formats—such as colored rolls, single sheets, flat pouches, and three-dimensional bags—to meet customer requirements.
● The anti-rust particles slowly vaporize inside the packaging, providing long-lasting rust protection while being environmentally friendly and harmless to humans.
● No need to apply anti-rust oil, streamlining the process, boosting productivity while reducing costs, and ensuring a cleaner working environment.
