Rust-preventive powder
Vapor‑phase rust‑inhibiting masterbatch is the base material for producing vapor‑phase rust‑inhibiting films (which prevent corrosion of ferrous and non‑ferrous metals), as well as for manufacturing rust‑proof toolboxes and rust‑proof fishing tackle boxes. It is a low‑density polyethylene masterbatch prepared by blending and concentrating LDPE, LLDPE, and vapor‑phase rust‑inhibiting additives.

Vapor-phase rust-preventive powder
Vapor-phase rust‑preventive powder is a water‑soluble, powdered corrosion‑inhibiting material suitable for both dry and wet applications. For dry use, it can be applied to the inner surfaces of pipes, tanks, and vessels, or packaged in powder bags as an auxiliary rust‑prevention agent. For wet use, it is dissolved in water and employed for pressure testing of boilers, pumps, and similar equipment.
Rust‑preventive powder can also be processed into: (1) granular VCI vapor‑phase rust‑preventive powder, and (2) VCI vapor‑phase rust‑preventive tablets (capsule‑type).
● When using bulk powder, apply it with a low-pressure air hose or sprayer, ensuring even coverage.
● After use, be sure to seal any internal cavities or gaps.
● The optimal application distance for rust‑preventive powder is 30 cm; when using bagged rust‑preventive powder, ensure it is evenly dispersed.
● Vapor-phase corrosion-inhibiting particles are heavier than air; it is recommended to place them at the top of the packaged item.
● A 2% aqueous solution of rust‑preventive powder can be used for hydrostatic pressure testing of boilers and similar equipment.
● For packaged items with a typical volume of 1 m³, the recommended dosage of rust-preventive powder is 50–100 g.
● Standard specifications: 2.5 g, 5 g, 10 g, 50 g, 100 g, 200 g; other specifications can be customized upon request.
